Bugatti
Founded in 1909, by Ettore Bugatti, high-performance and exquisite opulence are what Bugatti is best known for. Since its inception, the automaker has gone through many changes from helping to design combat aircraft in the first world war to creating high-speed trains for France.
Acquired by Volkswagen Group, Bugatti automobiles don’t sell for less than a few million dollars each. Operating a Bugatti can also reach into the stratosphere, especially when you consider an oil change costs $20,000 to $30,000, and a set of new tires averages $38,000.
However, if you do have extra money lying around, the Bugatti Veyron and Chiron would make for an impressive “family mobile,” especially if you needed to get the kids to soccer practice at over 300mph.
